The AFC Foam Crusher &
Compactor
The AFC Foam Crusher is a great way to turn your scrap foam back into money.
Rather than filling the garbage dumpster with scrap foam, the Foam Crusher has a throat able to accept pieces measuring 15˝” x 25˝” and will crush and grind your foam into loose foam filler. The loose foam filler can be fed direct from the Foam Crusher into plastic bags to be re-sold as packaging filler. And because it is fed vertically from above, it will accept even the longest length of foam.
The AFC Foam Crusher is also convertible from a straight Crusher into a Crusher/Compactor. By attaching the compactor sleeve, your scrap foam is compressed into a solid “extrusion” of compacted foam approximately 6” diameter. The Compactor Sleeve will reduce the overall volume of your scrap foam from
1/30th
to
1/50th
of its original size!
The Foam Crusher rolls on 4 large wheels, allowing you the ease of moving the Foam Crusher to where the foam is and not needing to move the foam to the Crusher. The heavy components will provide long-term use without the need for continual maintenance and repair, and is backed by our technical support services in the unlikely event that assistance is required.
