TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTIES

RETURN PROCEDURES

You are responsible for returning the product(s) to either AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation or the original manufacturer, whichever is determined to be the most appropriate, prepaid and insured at your expense. Prior to returning your goods for service you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation or the original manufacturer, whichever is determined to be the most appropriate, by calling AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation at On-line soon or the original manufacturer at their applicable phone numbers. For replacement parts shipped direct to you, you must provide a valid Visa or MasterCard number to cover the cost of the replacement part. This charge will be processed only if you fail to return the defective part(s) to AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation within 30 (thirty) days from the original date the replacement part is shipped to you. Replacement parts will be sent to you freight prepaid. You are responsible for any and all taxes and duties, import and brokerage charges imposed by government agencies or officials or person(s) acting on your behalf. In the event that you can not provide a MasterCard or Visa number you must first return the defective parts, at your expense, to either AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation or the original manufacturer, whichever is determined to be the most appropriate. Then and only then will the replacement parts be shipped to you freight prepaid. You are responsible for any and all taxes and duties, import and brokerage charges imposed by government agencies or officials or any authorized person(s) acting on your behalf.

PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Returned parts must be packaged in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable or inappropriate, you must package the parts to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. We are not responsible nor liable for goods damaged in transit. Returned parts damaged in transit will not be accepted for parts exchange. Retain your original shipping receipt, waybills, etc., as proof of return until verified by AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation If it is determined that the returned product(s) or part(s) failure is not a result of defects in workmanship or materials, AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation or the original manufacturer, whichever is determined to be the most appropriate, reserves the right to charge you for parts and/or labor. Labor charges will be charged at AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation or the original manufacturer's, whichever is applicable, current labor rate. You will be advised prior to these charges being processed.

SUPPORT PLAN

AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation provides free lifetime technical support on all new computerized foam cutters sold by AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation Only new computerized foam cutters products will be eligible for this support. This technical support does not include nor extend to the installation, configuration or operation of accessories including, but not limited to scanners, desktop printers, CD-ROM drives, Modems, multimedia devices, sound cards, speakers, microphones, etc. Aforementioned items included as original components in computers purchased from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation are not included in the  Support Plan, and are warranted and serviced by the original computer manufacturer. Note: Technical support calls received on our toll free sales number and/or technical support services required for non support products will be charged at the current technical support rate. Please inquire for current rates and charges.

SUPPORT POLICY

Our telephone support is for the technical assistance of equipment and/or software purchased from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation when these products are not working as they should. The Support program is not a telephone training program. Telephone training will be charged at our current support rates. Please inquire for details.

LIMITATIONS

AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation makes no warranty or guarantee with respect to any software or hardware purchased from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation All software and hardware is sold "as is" and "with all faults". Because of the number of possibilities and variables associated therewith, we will not be responsible for the installation, configuration and/or support of AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation supplied software or hardware or non-AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation supplied software or hardware. Notwithstanding, AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation will endeavor to work with you and the software developer to resolve software bugs and hardware compatibility issues.

Except as stated, AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation hereby disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the usability of any and all products purchased from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation as to the merchantability or fitness for particular uses. AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation shall not be held liable for the integrity, usability, merchantability and fitness for particular uses of any products purchased from AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation.

We do not warranty used equipment. These products are sold as is and are non refundable! In no event shall AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

Any legal disputes will be settled in Sellers jurisdiction

No variations or exceptions in the terms stated herein can be made without express written authorization by the President of AFC Foam Cutter Technology Corporation
